Claire Langley is a Senior Fellow of Diplomacy & Policy at Climate Advisers. Claire’s expertise includes international climate & energy policy and diplomacy strategy.
As Senior Fellow focused on Diplomacy & Policy Claire Climate Advisers’ work to create and implement strategies to strengthen international climate cooperation. Claire is the Acting International Director for America Is All In. Previously she worked in the Global Economy and Development program at the Brookings Institution, where her research focused on climate change and energy policy, green growth and innovation, climate finance and climate economics. Claire’s experience includes analytical expertise on international climate policy and multilateral processes at London-based climate and energy think tank E3G: Third Generation Environmentalism. Her diverse portfolio there included projects to build political support for climate action, create low carbon development plans in emerging economies, explore innovative market-based climate solutions, and build civil society coalitions for stronger policies.
Claire holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the University of Edinburgh and a BA with honors from Acadia University.
