Claire Langley is Vice President of Programs at Climate Advisers. Claire’s expertise includes international climate & energy policy and diplomacy and international political climate change strategy.

As Vice President of Programs Claire oversees the implementation of all projects and programs at Climate Advisers, and the management of programmatic staff.  Before joining Climate Advisers, Claire worked in the Global Economy and Development program at the Brookings Institution, where her research focused on climate change and energy policy, green growth and innovation, climate finance and climate economics. Claire’s experience includes analytical expertise on international climate policy and multilateral processes at London-based climate and energy think tank E3G: Third Generation Environmentalism. Her diverse portfolio there included projects to build political support for climate action, create low carbon development plans in emerging economies, explore innovative market-based climate solutions, and build civil society coalitions for stronger policies.
