Director, Human Resources, Climate Advisers
Simone Schonenberger is the Director of Human Resources at Climate Advisers, where she oversees all aspects of the group’s most valuable assets, its people.
Simone has over a decade of human resources experience, primarily serving in the Human Resources Director role at several mid-sized non-profits. Before finding her way to human resources, Simone taught middle school social studies and served on active duty as an Army JAG Officer. She has a B.A. in Politics and German from Washington and Lee University, a J.D. from the University of Kentucky, College of Law and is SHRM-CP certified.
